The Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme

The Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme provides assistance to help minimise emissions from public sector properties. By 2037, a goal of lowering emissions by 75% has been arranged in comparison to the benchmark established in 2017. This was set out during the 2021 Net Zero and Heat and Buildings procedures. This scheme can include various purposes which include enhanced insulation, Solar and Commercial High Temperature Heat Pumps.

The Pure High Temperature Heat Pump ranges are the next generation of Heat Pumps, providing around 120C flow temperatures, they are perfect for both retrofit and new build purposes. High Temperatures lessen constraints on applications and widen the scope to provide carbon and energy cost savings as outlined in The Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme.

Phase 3b will provide nearly £635 million of funding across the financial years 2023 to 2025.
